Sadly the playground at Gunnersbury Park had to be closed on 26 June after crushed and broken glass was left on many items of play equipment.

A mum taking her children to play quickly alerted a gardener in the parked and he taped off the playground because the scale of the clearing up needed is substantial. Parents commended park staff for their quick response to the situation.
