As winds of over 50mph are forecast for tomorrow, 18 February, in line with their high winds policy the CIC has decided to close Gunnersbury Park from 10.30pm tonight, 17th. The gates will be locked and the closure will continue throughout the weekend and into Monday when the Operations and Parks teams will return and assess any damage. Once it is clear that the park is safe, it will re-open to visitors.
