Companies House reports that four excellent and knowledgeable trustees have left the Trust. They are Howard Simmons and Kevin Mahoney, who were founder members of the original trust in 2016, and Sacha Rathore and Ian Hutchinson, who were formerly directors of the Gunnersbury CIC. We believe they have stepped down as they have reached the end of their terms of office as legacy trustees on the remodelled trust. We have not yet seen any information about the recruitment of new trustees.
