Only the good sense of the Councillors on that committee can now protect the Community Interest Company from one of the worst decisions it has yet made, and apparently made in the worst possible way.
However, as Putt has shown over its rejection at Clapham Common, its wealthy owners (one borrowed £13m in 2017) are quite capable of appealing against planning decisions.
